4. Retention = Receive Promotional Emails

5. Advocacy = Recommend your products to others

What have you recognized ?

Exactly.

The Ad doesn’t sell.

It just makes them click a link, to lead them further down in the sales funnel.

The actual selling takes place on the Website/ Sales Page.
