Don’t talk.

Do.

If your client wants you to change something…

Don’t say: “Ohhh Trust me bro, mine is better.”

Instead… fix it ASAP.

#2 Research

Nobody likes copy & paste.

If you do some work for a client,

It’s a must to tailor it exactly to his needs.

Never skip research.

#3 Underpromise & Overdeliver

This is so powerful.

I’ve got tons of testimonials,

Just because I didn’t make any wild promises.

I wrote E-Emails.

Their quality was beyond their expectations.

And I got my testimonials.

Why ?

Because I overdelivered.

And people fricking love it.

You know what’s even better when it comes to services ?

Promise high, deliver higher.

But for most beginners…

The previous one works best.
