I just ate 630 grams of Spaghetti, my room is a microwave, and my back is sticking to my chair because of sweat.

However… 

You can imagine the kind of Brain Fog I have right now.

BUT

That can’t stop me from writing an email.

Now, guess what today’s topic is ?

EXACTLY.

How to (not) eat as an entrepreneur.

Okay, I’ll make it fast because I’ve got 12 minutes left…

So basically, you should reduce sugar, carbs, and high processed foods in general.

Why ?

Because it takes your body longer to digest, and you’ll get brain fog asf.

Okay Alex, I get it, but what should I eat instead ??

I mean, I’m not a doctor so everything I tell you is bro science haha.

But I would recommend you to eat mainly proteins and fats, which I know can be hard to maintain if mom is the chef in the house.

Anyway.

I personally still eat carbs because I want to build muscle and look more pumped.

BUT

I avoid sweets, sugar, soft drinks and just BS food in general.

Short version:

Eat (and drink!!) healthy.

Yes… that’s the secret.

Nothing more - Nothing less.

Also…

You KNOW exactly what is healthy for you and what not, so stop coping… 

Sweets aren’t healthy, clear ?

Now, if you want to eat carbs for building muscle like I do, that’s not that big of a deal as long as you leave space in between your meals and work-sessions.

For example, me on weekends:

I only eat, if my work is DONE for the day.

Not earlier - Not later.

But of course… find what is best for you.
