how to stop your brain bullying you

Your self-image determines your success.

In this email… I’ll tell you:

‘How to change your self-image, so your brain stops bullying you 24/7.’

(Btw I should have gone to sleep 1h ago… but promise is promise)

So, let’s start directly.

#1 Visualizations

If you never really did something that proved your ability to achieve goals…

You won’t have trust in yourself, that you can actually achieve those goals.

Now, the fascinating part:

Studies have shown that your nervous system can’t tell the difference between an actual experience, and an experience imagined vividly and in detail.

But what does that mean for you ?

When you visualize things (imagine things in detail), your brain thinks it is actually true.

Means… you can trick your brain into thinking you are super successful, even if you failed before.

Your subconscious mind starts building trust in yourself.

And this is, what removes limiting beliefs from your mind.

Your brain starts thinking that it’s possible.

> It’s possible to get rich.
> It’s possible to win in sports.
> It’s possible to be that ‘cool’ guy.

Super powerful.

Let’s get on to the next one…

(This is even crazier.) 

#2 Reminders

You have to constantly remind yourself about those things.

My Advice ?

  1. Start writing down who you are

So basically, you grab a pen and write down things you want to be, as if you already are them.

For example:

I am an athlete who goes to the gym regularly… as athletes do that.

I am a warrior with a strong mind… as warriors have them.

  1. Remind yourself of past wins

If you’ve got some great achievements in your life… REMIND YOURSELF of them.

For example:

I won the 2nd place in swimming last year.

I was in the top 10 best runners in my town.

And even if you weren’t THE BEST… remind yourself to it anyway.

Now the 3rd point…

#3 Action

Start collecting small wins, my friend.

Had a cold shower today ? Win.

Hit your bedtime today ? Win.

Ate clean today ? Win.

Start collecting proof for yourself.

And you will notice:

‘Wow… I can actually do the hard things I don’t want to do.’

This is an endless cycle that makes you stronger.

BUT…

All this is helpful and WILL change your life.

But there is THAT one thing that 10x the results you get with the methods I talked about in this email.

What am I talking about? 

Yes exactly…

Praying.

Living with God.

Having THE best friend you can possibly imagine:
