This is so simple, it’s not even funny.

But let me give you a quick example.

Let’s say you are Coach, okay…

Now, your main tasks should be Client Work and getting more Clients, right ?

YES.

But what are you doing instead? 

Watching Fitness Videos or optimizing your profile picture.

What??

I mean, yes… you should do these things too.

BUT

These aren’t the things that ADVANCE PROGRESS.

Clear ? 

Now that you know what the problem is, HOW can you fix it ?

By applying the Eisenhower Matrix.

I know, confusing name…

But basically, you prioritize tasks after the following scheme.
