how to use music properly:

Hey brother

Right now, I’m in a bit more of a chilled mood sitting at my desk, listening to a playlist that I’ve never heard before, while giving you some information that might DRASTICALLY improve your life.

Now…

I know that some of you guys are listening to rap, hip-hop, or other degenerate stuff.

But honestly…

I can’t judge you for it because I listened to it myself - And sometimes, I still do.

But the question is:

At what cost ?

Let me explain…

Basically, our subconscious mind can’t tell the difference between a real experience and an experience imagined vividly and in detail.

Short version:

Affirmations and Visualizations are real.

But let me give you an example:

If you start saying “I’m ugly” every day, you will become ugly over time, because you are creating the self-image of an ugly person.

And guess what ?

You will also start acting like an ugly person:

> Stop caring about your looks
> Not making your hair
> Neglect skin care

Okay Alex, but where is the relation to music ?

If you listen to guys, rapping about dealing with drugs, being depressed, and having casual s*x, you are basically listening to affirmations.

And I know - You may not end as a drug dealer.

But it WILL have an impact on your…

> Mood
> Mental Health
> Way of thinking

So you are DEFINITELY closer to do the things you are listening to.

Whether you want it or not.

And if you wonder…

NO - I don’t say that music is bad at all.

I mean, there’s actually a lot of good stuff out there, with HUGE benefits:

> Christian Music → Entertainment & Faith
> Instrumentals → Focus
> Podcasts → Education

Or just normal songs with ‘healthy’ lyrics.

Now, how can you know what is healthy and what not ?

Simple:

Does it agree with God’s word ?

And if you ever want to know something you’re not sure about…

Ask God. Pray to him. And read his word.

You WILL get an answer.

I promise.

But now…

I’ve got some Christian playlists for you:

(to be honest, I don’t listen to all of them, but you may like them)

Okay, 1 thing is missing…

drum roll
