how I do a weeks work in 1 hour

I do a week's work in 1 hour.

If you think I’m joking… no I’m actually not.

Every Sunday, I get the whole week's work done in maybe a bit more than an hour of focused work.

(and no, it’s not time blocking)

Now, I know that you are SUPER busy and the technique I’m teaching you in a second might be helpful.

But first, I want to make something very clear:

This is not a fake guru advice. 

It will be extreme hard, but it can work if you do it properly.

“I get it Alex now say it… what is it ?”

Okay:

It’s the stacking of tasks.

You surely know the situation when you want to go over to the next task, but somehow you can’t focus anymore.

It seems like you need some time to get into another ‘Flow State’.

And yes - you are right.

That’s the reason why we SKIP the ‘switching part’.

So essentially, you choose one task you need to do on a daily basis.

This could be literally anything… for me, it’s writing tweets.

Now, what I do is SUPER simple.

I DO IT IN ONE GO.

Normally, I would have to write 2 tweets every day.

Now, I write 14 every Sunday.

The benefits ?

Instead of wasting 10 minutes x 7 days a week, to get into a flow state…

I just stay in it and get a fat load of work done.

Means, I just saved 10 minutes on 6 days of the week.

Exactly 1 hour saved.

And if you invest the saved hour into something more important, your success will compound like crazy.

So… 

I needed only 1 hour for a week's work + I saved an additional hour.

BOOM. 

Done.

Next task.

You can apply this to studying, recording videos, or whatever you want.

It will save you A LOT of time.
