You will never be as effective in life as somebody with a strict schedule.

Why ?

Because he 

  • saves Brain points

  • doesn’t waste time

  • has the best combination of tasks

No matter what he is doing…

He will dominate the space.

Fitness.

Business.

Relationships.

Your chances to win are 1:100 because he makes crazy progress every single day.

But don’t freak out…

At the End of this E-Mail, you’ll have the best routine possible.

Let’s get started.

  1. Sleep

It is the foundation of your day.

Your bedtime determines your success.

Firstly, you need 8,5h Bedtime minimum.

Why ?

Because we want 8h of pure quality sleep.

No toilet breaks.

No ‘I’m thirsty.’

And no: ‘I can’t sleep, so I scroll on TikTok.’

Anyway…

I’ll no longer talk about why you should sleep 8h.

You know that already.

I am here to tell you that your bedtimes have to be fix.

Mine is 9:30PM (21:30) until 6:15AM.

You don’t have to copy that.

But basically you need a realistic time you can hit every evening.

And a realistic time you can hit to wake up for school/ work.

As I already said: Bedtime 8,5h and Sleep 8h at least.

BUT

No worries if you miss one day.

I also don’t hit them every single day.

But 90% of the time you should hit them.

  1. Daily Things

I recommend you to use Apple/ Google/ whatever calendar app.

And to just create repetitive Events. 

Super important is to have a framework.

Do everything, every day, at the same time.

Here’s a quick checklist:

  • Sleep 8,5h

  • School/Work times

  • Gym

  • 3-5 Daily Habits

  • Eating

  • A study time for school/uni (optional ofc)

Now you just put them all together, so they are fitting to your everyday life.

OR

Second Option:

You can also write down everything we’ve spoken about on paper.

The disadvantage is only that you have to write them down every day.

But doesn’t cost more than 5 mins.

Another thing you can also put into your schedule:

The time around.

What do I mean by that ?

The way to the Gym, showering, cooking time…

The more specific your schedule is.

The better your day will be.

  1. Discipline

Now the only thing missing is Execution.

You need to execute.

Do what you’ve written down.

And super important: 

Never miss 2 days in a row.

It’s deadly.
